Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Division 16 Electric Company is a licensed and insured electrical contractor. Our Florida license number is EC13014975.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency electrical service for homes and businesses. Call 561-876-8081 for an urgent electrical problem.If there is an active fire or immediate danger, move to safety and call 911 first.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Delray Beach and serve all of Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and the other communities listed on our Areas We Serve page.
Can you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We provide electrical repairs and installations for homes and businesses, including new construction, tenant buildouts and renovations.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes. Call or send us a description of the project to request an estimate. The equipment, existing electrical system and scope of work help determine what the project requires.
Will an EV charger or new appliance require a panel upgrade?
Not necessarily. We evaluate the electrical load and available capacity first. Some properties only need a dedicated circuit, while others require additional electrical work.
Can you install a fixture or charger I've already selected?
Contact us with the model and installation details. We can review the equipment requirements and explain the electrical work needed.
Do you install smart lighting controls?
Yes. We design, install and integrate Lutron, Crestron and Control4 lighting controls, along with the fixtures and wiring included in the lighting plan.
